Using the Evaluate perspective, we take a deep dive into your current business operations. This involves a comprehensive assessment to understand your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and pinpoint any obstacles hindering your growth. We'll analyze your financials, operational efficiency, market position, team dynamics, and existing strategies. Our goal here is to gain a clear, objective picture of where your business stands today and lay the groundwork for targeted improvements.

As we have a thorough understanding of your business through evaluation, we then use the Elevate perspective. Ideally the first few weeks are all about you and your vision. I start with deep listening, dedicating our time to truly understand your current situation, the history of your business, and your aspirations. We'll explore your challenges, celebrate your successes, and identify the core areas where you seek improvement. This involves:

Lee Armfield

. . . possesses over 30 years of experience as a member of a primary group of entrepreneurial managers who are credited with establishing the largest newsletter publishing enterprise in North America.

 

His areas of expertise include working closely with start-ups and mid-stage ventures, business cloning, business valuation and sale, and operational and developmental strategies for non-profits. Lee thoroughly enjoys mentoring individuals and coaching them as they evaluate, elevate and exit their business successfully. His desire is to assist organizations and individuals in achieving maximum results.

 

As a previous board member and chairman of several international not-for-profit organizations, Lee is also certified as an international teacher/counselor. During his tenure as entrepreneurial leader, he was taught, trained and mentored by a small group of people who now comprise a veritable who’s who in business. Resulting from those early years, Lee took it upon himself to seek out those who he could then pour into and guide into both business and personal success.
